A quick update video talking about a Fitness Contest I am going in in a couple weeks called the Canadian Nationals Men's Masters Physique. I felt I needed to address this since part of the preparation process this last few weeks is a fairly drastic weight cut/drop that I need to do to get to a certain leanness required for contest conditioning. This calorie cut and low body fat percentage can mess around a little bit with my thought processing so please go easy on me as I may not be entirely myself.
I will still be making videos but again they may slowdown just a tad as everything takes me longer to do with my mindset not being 100%.
