I want to thank David Bitkowski from Rx Target Systems for providing me with this sample unit to share with the Replica Airguns community. This video is only a Preview video as I wanted to get the RX Target System out there before I follow up with my actual Table Top and Shooting Videos for it.
For now here are some of the key points I want to get out to everyone:
Mission: Rx Target Systems are meant to bridge the gap between firearms and airguns. They allow high precision shooting on a reactive, three- dimensional, rugged target that can be carted around in a back pack. What makes Rx Target Systems unique is that it is a system. 1.2 inch bulls- represents the 4-10 ring of the NRA 10 meter air rifle target. Gears the shooter to consistently hitting the “black” of that target on paper
AAFTA style- represents common kill zones found in American Airgun Field Target Assosciation using 1.5”, 1”, ¾", ½", and 3/8”.
WFTF style- represents common kill zones found in World Field Target Federation using 15mm, 25mm, and 38mm apertures
10-15- Inspired by customer request, uses 10mm and 15mm apertures. High-Precision shooting.
In this SHOT Show Las Vegas 2020 Interview Video Scott takes us through a range of new products from Air Venturi.
Scott and I talk about the Air Venturi TR5 and how it came about to fill the hole the Baikal MP-61 left behind. We also talk a look at some new Air Rifles, a pumper called the Butterfly with a super cool linkage based system that makes pumping a lot easier. A PCP side lever cocking Air Rifle that I’m not even sure has a name yet but will be available in .177 .22 and .25 caliber pellet for around $299 US.
The only Air Venturi replica we looked at is a new Springfield Armory under lever Spring Piston Air rifle modeled after the M1A. Last up Scott went showed us how the Bada Bang targeting system is shaping up and looks to be almost ready for production.

I have not officially done a Field Test Shooting Video for the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle other than my quick outside shooting test where I simply shot a bunch of rounds at some pop cans just to see how the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle would work for me and it did perform well during that test.
Jumping ahead to a little while later when I went to make my Official Field Test Shooting Video for the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle. I found it was not performing well at all, shooting well under the 410 claimed fps closer to 200 fps which was a surprise since it seemed to do a lot better for me on my previous test. I even changed out the CO2 but still did not get any better results. I racked this up to maybe being a defective gun and so I went about getting my hands on another Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle.
Guess what? Same thing with rifle number two. Very poor fps, again almost half of the claimed rated velocity. So at this point I decided I was goring to make the Field Test Shooting Video for the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle and let the results speak for themselves… I also thought it would be fun to compare it to the Classic 1938 Daisy Red Ryder BB Gun since I figured they would both get similar fps and accuracy and be rather comparable at the end of the day.
I do have to say that the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle did make me eat my words and I am happy it did since I really like the Umarex Legends CO2 BB Lever Action Cowboy Rifle and wanted it to do well!
Usually I state all there results for My Field Test Shooting Videos here in the written article but I kind of feel it is best if you just watch this one from start to finishes since the video result s did turn out to really surprise me in the end.
We had a lot of great new Airguns that I reviewed this year at Replica Airguns. Some of them really stood out to me and so I made a video showing my Favorite Replica Airgun Picks of 2019. Of course there where many other Airguns that could has just as easily made this video but I had to draw the line somewhere and pick the ones that in my opinion where the best of 2019. In a way I have already Field Tested the Air Venturi TR5 .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle, well at least in the Baikal version. The Air Venturi version is pretty much a knock of of the Baikal IZH MP-61 which not only look a lot alike but also performed very similarly for me, checkout my Baikal YouTube Video Review for comparison. All that said we can not get Baikal products here in North America anymore so it’s great that Air Venturi has recreated a very similar product for us to have in Canada and the US.
Moving on to the Field Test Review for the Air Venturi TR5 .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle, I first placed 5 shots through my Chronograph to see if the Air Venturi TR5 .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle did in fact shoot around 500 fps and in fact I was able to get all 5 shots up and over 500 fps averaging around 513 fps. Still within our Non-regulated firearm laws here in Canada since we where still under the 4.2 foot pound energy limit using 6.9 grain pellets.
As mentioned before when I shot the Baikal IZH MP-61 I was able to get very similar results but I did have an optical scope on the Baikal IZH MP-61 as compared to the Air Venturi TR5 .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle where I just used the open sights. In my opinion the Air Venturi TR5 .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle is good value for your money offering a unique design with excellent performance and getting as much power out of a pellet rifle as you can get here in Canada without requiring a firearms license.

Action: Semi-Automatic with blowback action. Ammo Type: .43 Caliber Paintball or Rubber Ball. Ammo Capacity: 8 Rounds. FPS: 290.
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol feels a lot like a double action trigger mainly because when you pull the trigger the inner barrel travels backwards into the magazine which seals off the barrel form the magazine so less CO2 is wasted going it not the magazine and also placing a paintball round in the barrel. This does make the trigger a little bit longer and heavier than a single action trigger. I believe the internal hammer/striker is engaged from the blowback action.
Build Quality: The build quality of the Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol is really very good, metal parts are where you would expect them, the slide, slide catch, barrel, magazine and most internal parts giving the Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol a nice near 2 pounds (1.7 pounds) of weight with the magazine in which makes the Paintball version a little heavier than the real steal version (1.54 pounds) but once the real steal version is loaded with a full mag this may even out a bit. The Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol does have a polymer frame but again this is normal with todays modern guns and helps keep the weight down. Fit and finish is also very good!
Realism: The Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol is a near perfect replica of the real steel S&W M&P9 M2.0 Pistol, from the fully licensed markings to the large .43 caliber diameter barrel. If you placed the Paintball version side by side with the real steel version I doubt you could tell them apart unless you start inspecting it really close up and working the action. You will find that the slide cycle distance is a bit shorter than it would be meaning that when the side catch is engaged the slide does not go as far back as it the real 9mm S&W M&P9 M2.0. Field stripping the Umarex T4E S&W M&P9 M2.0 .43 Cal. Paintball Pistol will requires some tools and pin removal.
Type: BB/Pellet air revolver. Manufacturer/Distributor: Bear River. Model: Schofield No. 3 Materials: Mostly metal with plastic grips. Weight: 2.4 pounds. (1089 grams) Barrel: 7 inch (178mm) smooth bore barrel. Propulsion: 12 gram CO2. Action: Revolver, single action only. Ammunition Type: 4.5mm steel BB's and .177 Cal. Pellets. Ammunition Capacity: 6 rounds. FPS: 445fps.
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the single action only Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver is what you would expect from a pistol of this design. Like the Colt Single Action Army the trigger pull is very short, light and crips, perfect for taking your time and getting a precise shot on target. You will of course have to cock the hammer manually before each shot ao no real action shooting.
Accuracy: I have not tested the Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver in the Replica Airguns Sea Can Indoor Airgun Range but plan to get to it shortly. I will test out both 4.5mm Steel BB’s and some .177 caliber lead Pellets and see how the different ammo types effect both power and accuracy. Keep in mind the Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver has a smooth bore barrel but I am pretty sure pellets will still perform well at 30 feet away.
Build Quality: The Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver is built a lot like the Webley MK VI .455 CO2 Shell Loading Revolver line, perhaps even made in the same factory in Taiwan? The Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver is pretty much an all metal construction other than the plastic grips and any internal seals. The fit and finish is excellent with a great overall weight in the hand. The pistol grips is a lot like what you have with the Colt Single Action Army pistol but the Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver is a lot more front end heavy because of its beefy barrel.
Realism: In terms of replicating a real steel Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver for sure looks and feels that part. The reassessed barrel and well hidden CO2 screw don’t give anything away that the Airgun version is not the real deal. But as with all of these shell loading Airgun Revolvers, the shells are actually closer to a .380 Caliber in diameter rather than a 45 which is what the real steel Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver would be designed for.
If you are like a bulky revolver with good weight to it then the Bear River Schofield No. 3 is it.
Can shoot Steel BB’s or Pellets since it comers with both shell types.

Shell loading design that loads from the back so no need to remove shells if you wish not to.

Yet another classic shell loading CO2 BB Revolver, and again the more the merrier in my option! I like that you get 12 shells with our kit version, 6 removable shells for 4.5mm Steel BB’s and 6 removable shells for .177 caliber Pellets. The Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver is for sure a hefty revolver but the pistol grip is not super large so even people with smaller hands should not have a problem shooting the Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB-Pellet Revolver. The real problem is deciding which Shell Loading Airgun Revolver to buy now since we have so many to choose from… Classic or modern, nickel or black, or perhaps weathered?
My Table Top Review for the Schofield No. 3 CO2 BB/Pellet Revolver:
Here we have three very different products I Unbox and Preview for everyone. A Spring Piston multi-shot .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle, a single action BB/Pellet revolver that’s not a Colt! And a really nice looking Semi Auto Blank Pistol in a Chrome finish.
Let’s start with the Air Venturi TR5 Spring Piston 5-shot .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle. I think this is a really well thought out Air Rifle. It’s “almost a Bullpup” in design but it does actually load in front of the trigger just a bit, that said most of the spring piston is behind the trigger setup making it really compact yet with a longer than normal barrel compared to regular Break Barrel Spring Piston Air Rifles. The Air Venturi TR5 Spring Piston 5-shot .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle also has a side lever cocking mechanism along with a 5 round auto indexing magazine which makes it much quicker to cock and reload for fast follow-up shots, again compared to a standard Break Barrel Air Rifle, not to mention no barrel droop! The Air Venturi TR5 Spring Piston 5-shot .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle has a claimed fps of up to 500 so we are getting the max amount of velocity possible for our Canadian laws without making it a regulated firearm and requiring a PAL license. And by the way the Air Venturi TR5 Spring Piston 5-shot .177 Caliber Pellet Rifle does come in both a Lime Green and all Black version just in case you are not a fan of the Lime Green finish I show in this video.
Moving onto the Schofield No. 3 BB/Pellet 6 Shot Revolver Replica, if you like single action revolvers then take a look at the Schofield No. 3 BB/Pellet 6 Shot Revolver Replica. It’s a lot more bulky than a Colt Single Action Revolver and also has that top Break design that makes reloading quick and easy. The version we are selling inner Replica Airgun Online Store is the kit version that comes with 6 BB shells and 6 pellet shells so you can take your pick on ammo types. The barrel is not rifled so Steel BB’s will not hurt the Airgun and since pellets are skirted they do not need a rifled barrel to fly straight and true. Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the Umarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is what I would call a double action trigger mainly because there is an indexing of the BB from the magazine into the breach area every time you pull the trigger which means the take up is longer thanks a standard Glock take up and there is a little bit of friction from the mechanical mechanism that indexes the BB making the trigger feel more like a double action only trigger.
Build Quality: TheUmarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol seems to be really well made. Fit and finish are nice and slide wiggle is minimal. There is a bit of a clanky sound when the slide cycles but not as bad as the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 3 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol. I also think the Coyote finish is the nicest looking with its black on tan two tone look.
Realism: The Umarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol absolutely looks the part of a Glock 19X, sitting on the table and even holding it in your hand you are going to think it's the real deal until of course you drop the magazine and see that it is a CO2 mag. Mostly everything operates like a real Glock 17 but the slide is not a full blowback meaning it only goes back about 3/4 as much as a real Glock 17 slide would. One other noticeable difference is the ability to quickly field strip the Umarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol, you will need to remove a pin since the take down tabs are non functioning and moulded into the frame. It’s great to see Umarex expanding their live of Glock licensed Airguns and the addition of the Umarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is welcome! Some of you are not going to like the semi blowback action but it does mean you get higher fps and more shots per CO2 while still getting that simulated recoil form the blowback action. I honestly thing the Umarex Glock 19X CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is one of the most attractive Glock Airguns with it’s Coyote Tan frame and slide with black highlights, I also like the compact size for its shortened frame and slide over the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 3 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol. So many to choose for now but I guess that a good thing or perhaps just get them all!
I though I would feature the fact that we recently added some of the Tokyo Marui product line to our Canada Replica Airguns Store. Tokyo Marui is said to be one of the best Airsoft products on the market and they have been around for a while so they have had time to get it right! As Tokyo Marui is a Japanese based company they are restricted to only being able to use plastic frames and slides but even with this limitation the Tokyo Marui products that I have personally looked at are extremely well made.

Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is single action only so you will need to rack the slide first to not only chamber a 4.5mm Steel BB in the breach area but to also cock the internal striker. There is a working trigger safety on the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol and you’ll also find the Glock 17 Gen 4 has a nice short and light trigger as you would expect similar to the real steel Glock. Perfect for fast action shooting!
Accuracy: At this point I have not shot the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol so I can only quote what Umarex is saying in terms of FP2 which is 300. That sounds reasonable based on other Airguns like this that have that full blowback action since much of the CO2 gas is used to work the action of the slide. This not only reduces how many shots you can expect o get out of a single 12 gram CO2 cartridge but a reduction in power over non-blowback or even partial blowback CO2 Airguns.
Build Quality: TheUmarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol looks to be well made overall with metal and plastic parts where you would find them on a real steel Glock 17 Gen 4. Fit and finish are nice and the slide wiggle is next to zero. The slide spring is very heavy and the sound of the slide when racked and released does not have that cheap metallic sound some blowback Airguns have. I am expecting some pretty decent blowback action recoil from the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol when I do my Field Test Shooting Review!
Realism: The Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol 100% looks the part of a Glock 17 4th Generation, sitting on the table and even holding it in your hand you are going to think it's the real deal until of course you drop the magazine and see that it is a BB/CO2 mag. Mostly everything operates like a real Glock 17 including the slide catch release, trigger safety, magazine release and even the take down switches for quick field stripping and access to the adjustable hop-up, yes it is adjustable. I know everyone has been waiting for Umarex to release the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol and here it is finally, does it live up to all the hype and excitement? So far without shooting it I have to say yes, I am very pleased with how the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol looks and feels. There is not too much more you can ask for in a replica Airgun of any kind… it looks like the real steel version, it feels like there real steel version, it functions like there real steel version. Hopefully it shoots just as well! If you haven’t bought one of the Umarex Glocks so far then this one is the one to have, but I say why not have them all :)

Trigger Pull: The single action only trigger pull on the G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol is what you would expect from a traditional single action only 1911 trigger, a very short take-up and a crips and light release. Great for getting a lot fo shoots off quickly and accurately down range without making your trigger finger do a lot of work.
Accuracy: I have not done my actual Field Test Shooting video review for the G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol so I can into comment just yet but I will be making a Field Test Shooting Video for it as soon as I can and will post that here on the website and of course over on the Replica Airguns YouTube channel when I have it ready.
Build Quality: The G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol is in my opinion one for the nicer looking finishes wise and I would have to say it seems to also be one of the better quality 1911 Airguns out there, for sure a step up from a KWC blowback 1911’s and in line with what KWA and KJWorks is making these days which is good quality. The G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol is one of the heavier Airsoft 1911 Blowback Pistols which makes me think the metal is a bit higher quality where it needs to be. Tolerances are nice and tight and the blowbacks action is very heavy.
Realism: The G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol like most of these full blowback 1911 Airguns, Steel BB or Airsoft BB, is super realistic with an all metal build. All the real steel working parts like the slide catch release, back strap safety and pretty much everything else function as they should. The G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol even field strips like a traditional 1911 pistol. Not sure what you could do to make it more authentic for an Airgun?
Nice high capacity magazine compared to other GBB 1911 Airsoft pistols.
Heavier than most Airsoft 1911’s.
All parts fit nice and tight, tolerances are very good.
Working back-strap safety.
No ugly red tip.
Finish is really nice, gun looks really good.
Expect to get decent amount of shots per gas fill.
Micro Gas Filter and Whirl Cylinder Valve help to manage gas efficiency and reduced frost buildup.

The G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol is for sure one of the nicer 1911 A1 styled Airsoft pistols, inline with KWC and KJWorks. It does come in a little bit heavier and seems to have more blowback recoil action which is nice. All I need to do now is find out how well it shoots! If it’s not half bad then it is for sure worth the price which by the way is a little bit cheaper than a KWA or KJWorks 1911 and about the same price as a KWC 1911. So many choices I know but that’s a good thing :)
My Table Top Review of the G&G GPM1911 GBB Airsoft Pistol:
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol is pretty decent for a double action only trigger, certainly light enough for some fairly fast action shooting without tiring your trigger finger too much. It would have been nice to have been able to cock the hammer for some slower and more precise single action shots.
Accuracy: So far I have not had the chance to test out the shooting performances for the KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol, but I am expecting it to get sub 2 inch 10 shot groupings from 30 feet out and hopefully the KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol will chronograph in close to the 400 claimed fps. Watch for my Field Test Shooting Video down the road.
Build Quality: The KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol is a pretty basic CO2 BB Airgun, basically two metal halves of the frame screwed together and not a lot of working parts. It’s almost all metal except for the grips and hammer and has a good weight and solid feel to it so I expect it to hold up well over time. The fit and finishes seem just fine but it does have some noticeable seems going all around the Airgun where the two halves join together.
Realism: The KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol at first looks like a real steel Makarov, it’s about the right size and weight, has a recessed barrel and no CO2 tab on the bottom so overall a good looking replica. It’s when you look a little bit closer look that you can really tell, from the lack of an open ejection port to the small screws on the right hand side of the KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol. When you start to play around with it you will notice the hammer is plastic and only for show and of course not being a blowback gun the slide and slide catch release do not function at all.
Pros:
Full metal frame.
All metal full size drop out magazine that holds the BB’s and CO2.
Working safety, and magazine release.
Because it’s NBB it will get higher fps and more shots per CO2.
No ugly CO2 tab on the magazine.
Seems to have a decent double action only trigger.
Very affordable at around $70 Canadian.
Less moving parts means less to go wrong for longer reliability.
Cons:
No blowback operation so no single action trigger or simulated recoil.
Ejection port is not cut out and hammer is only for show.
Has those ugly screws on one side of the frame.
Comments:
Most of you probably already know I am a bit of a Blowback operation Airgun snob so when I review Non Blowback Airguns I am generally not as excited. What can I say, I just like the simulated recoil Blowback offers and the fact that Blowback Airguns will generally allow for a much lighter and shorter single action trigger. The plus side to a Non Blowback Airgun is going to be four main points: Usually a lower price tag, faster fps, more shots per CO2 and better longevity of the gun since there are a lot less moving parts to wear or break. It really come down to what you prefer, but the good news is you can have your choice of a Non Blowback Makarov like the KWC Makarov PM CO2 NBB BB Pistol or you can go with the blowback KWC Makarov PM CO2 Blowback BB Pistol. Or better yet, why not both!

I thought it would be interesting to see how the shorter and longer barreled versions compare side by side and if we sill see a difference in power and down range accuracy…
As always I use a brand new 12 gram CO2 along with 5.1 gran zinc coated steel BB’s for my testing and on this day the temperature in the Sea Can Indoor Airgun range was around 24 degrees Celsius or 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

Steel BB version uses CO2 while the Airsoft version uses Green Gas or Propane.
There is no orange tip on the Steel BB version while Airsoft versions come with orange tips installed.
Steel BB versions have 20 round full length magazines for both the 3.8 and 4.5 inch versions, while the Airsoft 3.8 compact comes with the shorter 14 round magazine and the Airsoft 4.5 comes with a longer 25 round magazine.
FPS for the Steel BB versions are 270fps for the 3.8 and 325fps for the 4.5, comparably the Airsoft 3.8 is claimed to have 280fps with the 4.5 version a bit higher at 330fps. (Keep in mind that steel BB’s weigh more at around .33 grams compared to the .20 gram plastic Airsoft BB’s used for testing).
I did notice that on the sliver slide version, my earlier Airsoft 4.5 had more of a parkerized metallic finish while my same Steel BB version I received at a later time had more of brushed stainless look to it. Air Venturi has since informed me that all silver slide version will now have the brushed stainless finish.

Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is single action only since the charging handle must be cocked first before you can shoot it. The trigger is short and fairly light as you would expect from an AR type trigger action. The bonus with the Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is when you switch it over to full auto mode and just one pull and hold of the trigger will empty the 25 round magazine in just seconds.
Accuracy: So far I have not actually shot the Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun but since the internals are exactly the same as the Crosman DPMS SBR CO2 Blowback BB M4 I have already fully review, then I will expect it to performa about the same until I do my Field Test Shooting Review. You shoudl expect about 400 fps in semi auto mode and in terms of accuracy I hope to get a similar 3/4 inch 10 round semi auto grouping from 30 feet away. Full auto will open up the group a bit but not too much, maybe around 2 inches…
Build Quality: The Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is well made all around. Weighing in at 6.5 pounds without any add on accessories it feel solid and well built. There is a lot of metal going on inside and out of this rifle but keep in mind the top and bottom receiver are plastic with metal parts where they need to be like in the internals, pretty much all the working parts are metal, the magazine is full metal, the buffer tub is metal, charging handle, selector switch, magazine release, bolt release, trigger and of course the barrel is metal.
Realism: The Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is about as real as you are going to get in a CO2 Blowback AR/M4 styled Airgun. You can even take it apart and split the top and bottom receivers like the real steal version. The blowback action gives you some recoil but more importantly offers a true single action trigger and of course the full auto ability we all love. Almost all the working parts work like they would on a real M4 other than the forward assist which is moulded into the receiver.
Pros:
Super realistic working M4/AR 4.5mm BB Rifle just like the DPMS SBR but in a different flavor.
Full blowback operation with both semi and full auto shooting, can feel the blowback operation rocking the gun.
Good weight and feel to it.
Almost everything works exactly like the real steel version. (Charging handle, dust cover, bolt release, magazine release, selector switch…)
Duel CO2 full metal drop out magazine that holds the 25 4.5mm steel BB’s.
Adjustable and customizable AR buttstock.

Receiver is plastic but well made and does not compromise feel or weight since there is lots of metal throughout this gun.

The Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is really pretty much the same as the Crosman DPMS SBR CO2 Blowback BB Full Auto Rifle with more or less Cosmetic changes. One big advantage over the DPMS SBR is the AR comparable buffer tube which allows you to swap out any AR styled rear stock you choose! You also get an included Red Dot sight since there are no Iron sights. The Crosman Bushmaster MPW CO2 Blowback BB Machine Gun is super customizable with its quad-rail so go ahead and dress yours up with Iron sights, lasers, tactical lights, foregrips or whatever else you can dream up.

Trigger Pull: The trigger on the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is a single action only trigger so you will need to rack the slide to cock the trigger and internal striker, after which the blowback operation will do this for you. When the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is unloaded the trigger pull length is short and the trigger weight is fairly light. That said when you load the full size drop out magazine with steel 4.5mm BB’s, the trigger pull weight increases significantly. This is because the inner barrel comes back and into the magazine when the trigger is pulled allowing for a better seal between the barrel and magazine which increases power and CO2 efficiency. The drawback to this is more friction on the trigger when you pull it with a loaded magazine.
Accuracy: Since I have not done my Field Test Shooting Review for the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol, I can not comment fully on how the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol will perform in terms of accuracy and power. I did have the chance to shoot off a couple magazines worth of ammo in the yard shooting at some pop cans around 30 feet away and the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol seemed to hit them most often then not. I was a bit surprised by the snappy blowback and loud pop the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol made and will not be surprised if it is able to hit the claimed 295 fps velocity using a brand new CO2.
Build Quality: The Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol has a metal and plastic (polymer) build, the slide is metal along with part of the full size magazine and I am sure several inner parts will also be metal. The frame along with section of the magazine are plastic. It’s kind of hard to tell if the trigger, safeties, slide catch and take down leavers are metal but I believe they are with the magazine release being plastic. The Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is not the heaviest Airgun coming in at about .8 pounds but for its size it feels good. Fit and finishes are also good.
Realism: The Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is a replica of the real steel Sig Sauer P365 which is a 9mm striker fired everyday cary compact pistol. It looks and feels the part with most external mechanical working parts mimicking the real steel version well enough. I was not able to easily field strip the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol since the takedown leaver seems to be only for show. One main difference between the CO2 Airgun and Real Steel version of the Sig Sauer P365 is the use of polymer in the frame for the Airgun version while the real steel Sig Sauer P365 has a metal frame. I imagine this is because 9mm rounds pack some punch and a small polymer frame may not have been up to the job. not something to be concerned with in a CO2 version of the same pistol.
One of the smallest CO2 BB Airgun on the market and somehow Sig managed to get a full size drop out magazine in it?
Good overall replica of the real steel P365 Sig Sauer pistol in terms of looks and operation.
Full Sig Sauer markings and licensing.
Working ambidextrous safeties and slide catch release (locks back after last shot).

Comments: The Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol was a real show stopper at this years SHOT Show, I was amazed that Sig Sauer was able to actually figure out a way to fit a full size drop out magazine that holds both the CO2 and 12 steel BB’s in such a compact Airgun. The Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is even small than the Walther PPK in many ways so great work by Sig in figuring out how to engineer their new Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol. I also think the the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol is a great replica of the real steel version in looks, feel and function which is what we are all looking for when considering buying a new CO2 replica Air Pistol. My initial test shots went well and make me feel optimistic about how the Field Test Shooting Video will go when I make it shortly.
My Table Top Review of the Sig Sauer P365 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol:
The question comes up often about which Airgun to buy. Customers are wondering when they are looking at a specific Airgun and they see several similar products but from different companies, are they the same gun and if so which one should they decide to buy?
One of the biggest Airgun suppliers out there is for sure KWC, their BB and Airsoft guns are redistributed through companies like Umarex, Crosman, Sig Sauer, ASG, Gletcher and more. Often times the companies that redistribute KWC Airguns hold licensing agreements with real gun manufacturers like Smith & Wesson, Glock, Colt, Beretta, Sig Sauer, Taurus to name a few… KWC makes the Airguns in their Taiwanese factory but they are not allowed to put a real gun manufacturer license on the Airguns they distribute directly so KWC distributed Airguns will generally be all black.
I have also seen companies like Umarex distribute a new KWC Airgun that I have not seen yet from KWC, I believe KWC works with these big name Airgun companies directly and will build a new gun or variation of an existing KWC Airgun for them and give that Company an exclusive for a period of time. KWC will eventually regain the rights to sell that Airgun model directly after 6 months to a year.
Now that you know a little bit more on how it all works let’s get back to whether you should buy a KWC branded Airgun or other Brands same Airgun. It really comes down to I would say three factors. Do you want a Licensed version of the Airgun you are buying? Is there a price difference? Which gun is available to buy when I am ready to buy?
When you buy the Licensed version of the KWC Airgun redistributed through a third part Airgun Company you will often get a lot more writing on the Airgun than just the Gun Manufacturers name. Warning information comes to mind and does not look all that attractive on the slide where it is usually found in bright white lettering. If you like a cleaner look and don’t mind the lack of licensing then the KWC distributed version will generally be all back, nice and clean looking.
You would think buying the KWC Version that is sold more directly to the end customer would be the less expensive of the options because less hands are involved in the selling process. This is not always true, it is more about supply and demand, if more people want the cleaner looking KWC version but it’s harder to get ahold of than the price of the KWC version may actually be higher than say the Umarex or Crosman version. So shop around if price is the deciding factor as the guns are going to be mechanically the same with just some slight cosmetic differences between them.
Lastly, availability maybe what eventually leads you to buy a KWC version over an Umarex, or Crosman or Sig version since if the gun is not in stock well you may have limited options and so the one in stock is going to be perhaps your only option! Don’t feel like you got short changed, again these guns are virtually all the same at the end of the day no matter if you buy it from KWC, Umarex, Crosman, Sig Sauer, ASG, Gletcher or whomever.

Length: 8.85 inches (22.5 cm) total Barrel: 4.4 inches (11.2 cm),Metal non-rifled smooth bore. Propulsion: Green gas or propane. Action: Blowback, single action only. Ammunition Type: 6mm plastic Airsoft BB's. Ammunition Capacity: 23 rounds. FPS: 350-400 fps.
Trigger Pull: The single action only trigger pull on the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol is light with just a little bit of take-up. Since there is a built in trigger safety you will need to make sure your finger is firmly on the trigger or you may notice the trigger safety binding a little bit. Other than that the trigger pull is smooth.
Accuracy: I have not done my actual Field Test Shooting video review for the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol but I did get the chance to shot it quickly in my Sea Can indoor shooting range. Blowback felt pretty decent considering the slide is polymer and I was able to get most of my shots on or near the bullseye from about 25 feet out free standing. I did really like the more open sight setup as it allowed me to see over and under my target giving me a bigger picture of what I am lined up with.
Build Quality: Like pretty much all G&G Airsoft guns, the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol build quality is very high quality all around. Fit and finish where excellent and even though the slide is polymer the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol felt solid in the hadn't and had a decent overall weigth to it. I know plastic slides are not always everyones first choice but the slide on the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol did have good weight to it allowing for decent blowback feel and in many cases plastic will be more durable than pot metal or zinc metal slides and stand up to abuse and wear and tear better.
Realism: The G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistolis not a replica of any specific real steel gun in production but it is designed to look like your common modern pistol and it seems many of these modern pistols have some Glock like tributes, that square shaped slide, square trigger guard and shallow thumb rest. That all said the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol has all of the right stuff we look for in a replica pistol like a full size drop out metal magazine, full blowback operation and of course the ability to field strip the gun juts for fun or for occasional cleaning.
Most external parts on gun are polymer so you will not get finish wear or noticeable scratches on it. Also keeps the weight down.
Threaded barrel for adding a mock suppressor.
Comes with two different sized Grip Back-straps to accommodate small and larger hands.
Expect to get decent amount of shots per gas fill (around 3-4 magazines).
Adjustable Hop-up that is super easy to access with no gun disassembly required.
Micro Gas Filter and Whirl Cylinder Valve help to manage gas efficiency.
Full Size Dropout metal magazine pretty standard on Airsoft pistols these days.
Rail for accessories if you choose.
Open white dot sights make it super easy to see your target.
Dual safety system, cross bolt on frame and trigger safety.
Narrow and light, would make a great lightweight side arm for Airsoft battles.

Comments:
Normally I am not a big fan of all plastic or polymer guns but in the case of the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol I think it makes sense, G&G has done a great job of making the plastic slide feel solid and have good overall weigth to it so you still get that weighty feeling int he hand and enough blowback to feel the recoil with each shot. I also think the G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol will be more durable long term and look better even if it gets knocked around since you won’t see the scratches and dings that you would see on a metal gun. The G&G GTP9 GBB Airsoft Pistol also has a ton of stuff going on that I have not seen on other guns to date like the open rear sights for better sight framing and that super cool easy to access hop-up adjustment system.
